Mobile FAQ
Is the treatment the same as in-clinic?+
Yes. Our mobile van is a fully-equipped treatment room with the same SoftWave device, treatment table, and supplies we use in the clinic. Your session happens inside the van — same private, professional space, just parked closer to you.
Do you come inside my house?+
No. Our van is the treatment room. We park in your driveway (or curbside) and you come out to the van for your session. This keeps your home private and ensures every client gets the same professional setup.
Why is there a mobile premium?+
The $50 mobile premium applies to at-home visits — it covers the extra time, setup, and convenience of driving the van to your address. Local spots (gym, park, partner office) have a smaller $15 standard fee. Travel fees by distance band still apply on top.
Can travel fees be reduced or waived?+
Yes. When we already have appointments scheduled in your area on a given day, we're happy to reduce or waive travel fees for additional bookings nearby — it costs us nothing extra to add a stop on a trip we're already making. Check the Live Mobile Schedule above and book a day we're heading your way to take advantage of this.
How do you calculate distance?+
Distance is measured from our Columbia office (5053 South Providence Rd) to your location using Google Maps. The first 5 miles are always free. Past that, we have flat-rate bands so there are no surprises.
Do you serve outside the 50-mile radius?+
Sometimes. Give us a call at (573) 777-9779 and tell us where you are. For longer trips we typically require multiple bookings on the same trip to make the travel worthwhile.
