We treat clients with SoftWave — a non-invasive, cutting-edge treatment that decreases inflammation and jumpstarts healing by activating your body’s own repair cells. We also incorporate modalities like Voodoo bands, Block Therapy, and percussion tools.

TRAIN

Restore Movement

Once pain is under control, we focus on restoring range of motion and rebuilding confidence through movement. You’ll learn how to move in ways that feel strong, stable, and safe using banded distractions, pulses, isometrics, and unilateral movements.

TEACH

Prevent Future Injury

The final step is prevention. We teach you how to avoid future injuries, build resilience, and grow stronger. We offer guidance on creating personalized routines, warmups, cooldowns, or connect you with a trainer to continue moving well.

Every session is designed to deliver maximum value. We deliver as many pulses as you need and treatments range from $89-$225/orthopedic treatment with payment options, and we typically do 8 treatments max.
